The layouts/pages come in a ready-to-go, (non editable) pdf format. Print the pages out on US Letter, A4 or A5 paper (or anything pretty close!) ;) and create your own journal by hole punching and adding to a binder. These printables also work great on HALF US LETTER sized paper-- just select "FIT TO PAGE", select your paper size, and then print them "2 pages" to piece of paper -- cutting the pages in half AFTER printing.
